What Hirezo is

The Hirezo platform is operated by Harkem van Staden. "Hirezo" is a trading name. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Hirezo.

Hirezo is a platform that connects clients who need local service work done with independent service providers ("installers"). We review installer applications before they can see and quote on jobs, but installers are independent businesses, not our employees or agents — we don't perform the work ourselves and we're not a party to any agreement a client and installer reach.

Posting a job (clients)

Posting a job and receiving quotes is free, and you're never obligated to accept any quote. Please describe the job honestly and post photos that are actually of the job site. Once you select a quote, we share your contact details with that installer so you can arrange the work directly. If the installer doesn't follow through, you can reopen the request to choose someone else.

Quoting on jobs (installers)

Installer accounts are reviewed before going live, and require an active subscription to stay visible to clients. A commission is owed on jobs won through the platform, calculated as a percentage of the quoted amount at the time a client selects your quote — the applicable rate is shown to you and tracked per job. Quotes should be honest and specific to the job posted; you can withdraw a quote at any time before it's selected.

Conduct

Don't use the platform to post spam, misleading job listings, fraudulent quotes, or to harass other users. Don't attempt to circumvent installer review or the commission structure through misrepresentation. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

Disputes about the work itself

Once a client and installer connect, the quality, timing, and payment for the actual work is between them — Hirezo isn't a party to that agreement and doesn't guarantee or warrant the work performed. We're happy to help mediate where we reasonably can, but any dispute over the job itself is between the client and the installer.

Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date. Continuing to use Hirezo after a change means you accept the updated terms.
